NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-004064-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and NANCY D. LADNER A/K/A NANCY DYANNE LADNER A/K/A NANCY DYANNE REESE CITY OF MULBERRY, FLORIDA GLYNVIN G. LADNER, JR.; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com at, 10:00 AM on the 17th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 60 FEET OF THE SOUTH 120 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2, BLOCK F, OF V-C ADDITION TO MULBERRY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
