NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale dated June 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA003908000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JAY A. THOLEN, SR. A/K/A JAY A. THOLEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 150 feet of the following described property:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Section 4, Township 31 South, Range 25 East, which POINT OF BEGINNING is 478 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section; run thence South, a distance of 330 feet more or less, to a point 330 feet South of the North line of said Section; run thence East to the intersection with the Westerly right-of-way line of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad; thence Northerly along said Westerly line of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad right-of-way to the point of where the said Westerly line intersects the North line of said Section; run thence West along the North line of said Section 4 to the Point of Beginning; LESS and EXCEPT all road and street rights-of-way, of record or in use.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
