NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 7, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 53-2008-CA-010966 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME EQUITY ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and BEVERLY A. CHARTRAND A/K/A BEVERLY ANN CHARTRAND; JOHN PAUL CHARTRAND; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE A DIVISION OF WELLS; TERRANOVA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Stacy Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 9/11/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
