YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MAGNOLIA POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 2, Building 1204, of MAGNOLIA POINTE, a Condominium, together with all appurtenances to said unit including the appurtenant undivided interest in the common elements and limited common elements according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5637, Page 940, and further described in Condominium Plat Book 15, Page 26, together with any amendments thereto, all in the Public Records of Polk County, Florida. With the following street address: 1204 Unitah Ave. #2, Lakeland, Florida 33803
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before September 30, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
