YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following property in POLK County, Florida:
LOT 255, SANDY RIDGE PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 136, PAGES 21-22, INCLISIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on FLORIDA COMMUNITY LAW GROUP, P.L., Attorney for SANDY RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC, whose address is 1000 E. Hallandale Beach Blvd., Suite B, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before Sept. 30, 2015, 2015 (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later); otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
