NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15000477CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERT RIVIECCIO, DECEASED; JULIE ANN HONE-RIVIECCIO A/K/A JULIE RIVIECCIO-AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT RIVIECCIO, DECEASED; JULIE ANN HONE-RIVIECCIO A/K/A JULIE RIVIECCIO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 10 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 334, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 21, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
