NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 16, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11003708CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-64CB MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-64CB, is Plaintiff and JOAN CONFAIR, ET AL., are Defendants, The Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 2315, of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 20, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 10A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
