WINCHEL and ELIZABETH FREY are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 23RD day of SEPTEMBER, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
