NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 8/24/2015, and entered in 12001047CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA D/B/A NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and JANE O. TORTOLA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE AND SETTLOR OF THE JANE O TORTOLA REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JULY 16, 1996; BAREFOOT BEACH MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAREFOOT BEACH OF MANASOTA KEY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
