NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 8/24/2015, and entered in 12001047CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK OF INDIANA D/B/A NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and JANE O. TORTOLA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE AND SETTLOR OF THE JANE O TORTOLA REVOCABLE TRUST DATED JULY 16, 1996; BAREFOOT BEACH MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; BAREFOOT BEACH OF MANASOTA KEY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on September 25, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 502, BUILDING 2, BAREFOOT BEACH OF MANASOTA KEY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2751, PAGES 2157 THROUGH 2229, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN THE SAID DECLARATION.
