notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 19, 2015, and entered in Case No. 112012CA0025500001XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial C1rcuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AB2 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS F. RIEGER; KRISTINE RIEGER A/K/A KRISTIINE K. RIEGER A/K/A KRISTINE K. KENNEDY AND COUNTRYWIDE DOCUMENT CUSTODY SERVICES, A DIVISION OF TREASURY BANK, N.A. NKA BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, the Defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at *Lobby, 3rd floor, of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on 16 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
