NOTICE IS HEREBY given that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex , 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.m., on the 16 day of September, 2015, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
LOT 83, BERKSHIRE LAKES UNIT #6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 16, THROUGH 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
also known as 6765 Berkwick Place, Naples , Florida 34104.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
