NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in 2015CA001493AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-21 is the Plaintiff and CARRIE TOOLE A/K/A CARRIE A. TOOLE; EDWARD TOOLE A/K/A EDWARD P.TOOLE; BARRINGTON RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on September 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 5B, BARRINGTON RIDGE, PHASE 1C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE(S) 67 THROUGH 73, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
