NOTICE is hereby given that, Angelina M. Colonneso, Clerk Ad Interim of the Circuit Court and Comptroller of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 18th day of September, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, LESS the North 70 feet, Block “B”, of OSCEOLA HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 114, of the Pubilc Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 2109 7th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
