NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 21 April, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007169 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Debra Bower, Unknown Tenant, Vincent Bower, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 22nd of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
