NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY CURTIS HANDSHAW, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOAN M. HANDSHAW; JEFFREY CURTIS HANDSHAW; NORMAN HANDSHAW; NAPLES PARK AREA ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Courtwill sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 FL , at 11:00 AM on September 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
