NUTTER & COMPANY, is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY CURTIS HANDSHAW, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOAN M. HANDSHAW; JEFFREY CURTIS HANDSHAW; NORMAN HANDSHAW; NAPLES PARK AREA ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
