NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 19th day of May, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA004297, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and LANCE JACOBSEN; KIMBERLY JACOBSEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COMMENCE AT THE SW CORNER OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST; THENCE EAST 100 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 495 FEET PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 24; THENCE EAST 180 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 225 FEET; THENCE WEST 160 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 270 FEET; THENCE WEST 20 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE SOUTH 20 FEET FOR ROAD, ALL LYING AND BEING IN MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
