NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 1201633CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIFTH THIRD BANK, A MICHIGAN CORPORATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA is Plaintiff, and DWIGHT C. MORGAN; MELEA MORGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DWIGHT C. MORGAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELEA MORGAN; FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 16 day of September, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
LOT 1383 OF ISLANDWALK, PHASE SEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 5-10, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
