To the Defendants CURTIS G. VANDERMOLEN and the UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CURTIS G. VANDERMOLEN, 3012 Taunton Dr., W. Bradenton, FL 34205, and all others whom it may concern:
You are hereby notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage lien on the following property in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 5, Block F, Casa Del Sol, Fifth Unit, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 67 and 68, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michael C. Caborn, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 390 N. Orange Avenue, Suite 1500, Orlando, Florida 32801, on or before 30 days from the date of the 1st publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. See §49.09, Fla. Stat. This Notice of Action shall be published once during each week for two (2) consecutive weeks under §49.10(c), Fla. Stat.
