H of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC. is the Plaintiff and ANTOINETTE E. SINGH AKA ANTOINETTE E. SINGH-MAHABIR; DHANRAJ MAHABIR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JEROME A. SINGH are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on September 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 7 & 8, BLOCK 1271, UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 96 THROUGH 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
