NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 36-2013-CA-050880, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and RODNEY DENNISON; CYNTHIA C. DENNISON A/K/A CYNTHIA D. DENNISON A/K/A CYNTHIA DENNISON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, UNKNOWN TENANT #3, UNKNOWN TENANT #4; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com on October 8, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 28 AND 29, BLOCK 116, UNIT 12, SAN CARLOS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 326, PAGE 198, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
