NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2015 entered in Civil Case No.: 2012-CA-005741-WS of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Dade City, Pasco County, Florida, Paula S. O'neil, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 28th day of September, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, TEMPLE TERRACE MANOR, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED INPLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
