NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015CA000461CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and HERMAN O. HOELSCHER, JR.;, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 30th day of September, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 102, BLOCK F, LA VILLA GARDENS UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 76-77 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
