YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, MILL RUN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF PASCO, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 10, Block E, MILL RUN PHASE ONE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 125-129, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4663 Rowe Dr., New Port Richey, Florida 34653.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before Sept 28, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
