NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 21, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA002021CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA6 is Plaintiff and DAVID KOLBAS, WILLIAM FETZNER, CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, NANCI L. WILLIAMS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID KOLBAS N/K/A TINA KOLBAS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM FETZNER N/K/A AMY FETZNER, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 21st day of September, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 2236, EMBASSY HIILS, Unit Fourteen, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 51 and 52, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
