NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 7 July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-003452 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Brittany Abel, Douglas Abel, Capital One Bank (Usa), Na, Discover Bank, A Delaware Corporation, Tina Jones, State Of Florida Department Of Revenue, United States Of America Department Of Treasury - Internal Revenue Service, Unknown Spouse of Douglas Abel n/k/a Jamie Abel, Unknown Spouse Of Tina Jones, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 22nd of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
