NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Sale dated August 21, 2015, entered in Case No. CACE12024090 (11) of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York F/K/A The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA19, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA19, is the Plaintiff, and Chadwick J. Dudley, Sheri S. Dudley, Mortgage Electronic Registrations Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for The CIT Group/Consumer Finance, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as Nominee for First Magnus Financial Corporation, Waterchase Master Property Owners Association, Inc., Onewest Bank, FSB Successor in Interest to IndyMac Bank, FSB, the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Office, and John Doe and Jane Doe n/k/a Steve Ciaccio and Michelle Ciaccio, are the Defendants, I, Pat Frank, the Clerk of the Courts for Hillsborough County, Florida, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at a public sale on November 6, 2015, at 10:00 am online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
