NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-014394 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Christine Langsam, David Langsam, Department of the Treasury-Internal Revenue Service, USAA Federal Savings Bank (USAA FSB), Villa Rosa Master Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
