TO: THE UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING AS BENEFICIARIES OF THE SANDRA CRAMER LIVING TRUST U/T/D 2/18/93 and HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS OF SANDRA CRAMER, DECEASED:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
That certain parcel consisting of Apartment No. 19, B40 Bldg., as shown on Condominium plat of ON TOP OF THE WORLD-UNIT TWENTY-NINE, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 17, Page 14, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed February 18, 1974 in Official Records Book 4137, Pages 939 through 963, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and more commonly described as 2405 Franciscan Drive, #19, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, within 30 days after the first publication, on Gerald R. Colen, Esq, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 7243 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
