ALLEN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER ALLEN, SEABROOKE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., PROMENADE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., VISTAS HOMEOWNERS' OF SEABROOKE, INC., MIDLAND FUNDING, LLC, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A., DISCOVER BANK, SOHEIL SOHEILI, ERIC YOUNG and PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 4, 2015, in Case No.: 52-2014-CA-004788 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pinellas County, Florida, in which Space Coast Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER M. ALLEN A/K/A CHRISTOPHER ALLEN, et al., are the Defendants and the Clerk shall offer for sale the following described real property located in Pinellas County:
Lot 13, Block A, Seabrooke, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 104, Pages 46 through 49, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on September 17, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
