NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 116 AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BELLEAIR OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 8 THROUGH 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED APRIL 11, 1980 IN O.R. BOOK 5009, PAGES 3 THROUGH 46 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APURTENANT THERETO. WITH THE FOLLOWING STREET ADDRESS: 1975 WEST BAY DR. #116, LARGO, FL 33770.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 13, 2015.
