NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-005696-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE6 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE6, is Plaintiff and ROSE MARY DAVIDSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSE MARY DAVIDSON; EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5, EAST LAKE WOODLANDS CONDOMINIUM UNIT THREE, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4846, PAGE 2003-2063, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 112, THROUGH 114, INCLUSIVE, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
