NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-011180-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is Plaintiff and THOMAS J. WHITMILL; TOWNHOMES AT MILLBROOKE RANCH PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 25 OF TOWNHOMES AT MILLBROOKE RANCH, A REPLAT OF RANCH LAKE ESTATES, LOT 18, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 126, PAGES 43 THROUGH 45, INCLUSIVE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGE 79 THROUGH 81, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
