NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-011868-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BC3 is Plaintiff and CHRISTINE GWALTNEY A/K/A CHRISTINE E. GWALTNEY; SETH GWALTNEY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SECURED FUNDING CORP.; PALM HARBOR SOMERSET VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 28 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 77, THE VILLAGE OF SOMERSET WOODS PHASE TWO, UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGES 36 THROUGH 39, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
