YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for Breach of Contract, Default on a Promissory Note, Unjust Enrichment, and Violation of The Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
The action was instituted in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, and is styled SUSAN LATVALA, JANE KENYON, JAMES POWERS and JANET DEES vs. LOUISE GOETZ and LULU & ALEXANDER, INC., a Corporation.
On August 4, 2015 Circuit Judge Walter L. Schafer, Jr. entered an order granting the Plaintiffs' motion for service by publication.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Debbie A. Faulkner, Esq., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is The Faulkner Firm, P.A. 3106 Palm Harbor Blvd. Suite B, Palm Harbor, FL 34683, on or before September 30, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Debbie A. Faulkner, Esq. or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter a judgment or decree in the Plaintiffs' interest, which will be binding upon you.
