Unit 101, Building E, CASA DEL MAR III, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 4608, Page 1493, and all its attachments and amendments and as recorded in Condominium Plat at Book 26, Pages 18 through 41 and Condominium Plat Book 30, Pages 1 through 23, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
