YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for determination of beneficiaries and to quiet title concerning real property located in Pinellas County, Florida which has a street address of 4716 29th Avenue South, Gulfport, Florida, and is legally described as follows:
Lot 11, and the West 4.87 feet of Lot 12, Block “A,” BAYWOOD, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 65, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, Laura S. Bauman, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before Sept. 28, 2015 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint to Quiet Title.
