NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 18, 2015, in Case Number 2009-22866-CI-15 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT T-304, TARA BUILDING, DOLLY BAY, A VILLAGE ON LAKE TARPON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 99, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5651, PAGE 915, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Together with all existing erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, (the “Real Property”) located in Pinellas County, State of Florida.
Together with all right, title, and interest in and to all present leases of the Property and all Rents from the Property.
at Public Sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 2nd day of October, 2015.
