NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012- 003652-CI8 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF AUGUST 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE5, is Plaintiff and CYNTHIA E. DAVIS A/K/A CYNTHIA DAVIS THOMAS A/K/A CYNTHIA DAVIS A/K/A CYNTHIA THOMAS, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 25th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2, BUILDING 1, WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4962, PAGE 1581 THRU 1642, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Located: 5801 16th Street South # 2, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33705
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
