NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-019761 CI-07 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, Plaintiff, and, WEBB, MATTHEW & WEBB, ALICIA, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of October, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 3 AND THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 2, BLOCK B, HIGH POINT, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
