NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 07, 2015, and entered in 15-000749-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and ANNE J. GROSS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GROSS REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/D JUNE 26, 1996; ANNE J. GROSS; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE GROSS REVOCABLE TRUST U/T/D JUNE 26, 1996; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT SIX ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on September 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL LOT 23, BLOCK 112, MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT SIX, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 59, PAGES 46, 47 AND 48; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5323, PAGE 607, AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6207, PAGE 853, AND SUBSEQUENT THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO SET FORTH IN THE SAID DECLARATION, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
