NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on October 2, 2015, that certain real property situated in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 3, Block 40, SKYVIEW TERRACE SECOND ADDITION PARTIAL REPLAT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 68, Pages 4 and 5, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
