NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-005795 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Charles N. Little, III are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 6, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT PART OF FARM 8, PINELLAS FARMS, IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE NORTH LINE OF COUNTY ROAD NO. 16, AND THE WEST LINE OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF FARM 8, 206.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH ALONG SAID WEST LINE 103.3 FEET; THENCE WEST 74 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 103.3 FEET; THENCE EAST 74 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS THE NORTH 40 FEET THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
