NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-007404-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CRMSI REMIC SERIES 2006-2 - REMIC PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-02, is Plaintiff, and JOSETTE MATOS A/K/A JOSETTE MATOS-HOLMES, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 08 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 21-22, Block 5, COOLIDGE PARK, filed in Plat Book 9, Page 6, of the public records of PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
