NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19, 2015, and entered in 2014CA-004824-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and MIRIAM H. PRICE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIRIAM H. PRICE; FLORAL LAKES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; DODGE ENTERPRISES, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 243, FLORAL LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGES 30 THROUGH 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THAT PART THEREOF DESCRIBED AS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 243 AND RUN NORTH 03 DEGREES 42'51” EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE THEREOF 2.25 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 44'02” WEST 52.68 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 243; THENCE SOUTH 86 DEGREES 17'09” EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 243, A DISTANCE OF 52.63 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH THAT 1984 PRES, HS 48' MOBILE HOME TITLE NUMBER 40826902 AND 40826893; IDENTIFICATION NUMBER FH368710A AND FH368710B; HUD LABEL NUMBERS FLA260986 AND FLA260987. WHICH IS AFFIXED AND ATTACHED TO THE LAND IS PART OF THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH BY INTENTION OF THE PARTIES AND UPON RETIREMENT OF THE CERTIFICATE OF TITLE AS PROVIDED IN 319.261 FLA STAT., SHALL CONSTITUTE A PART OF THE REALTY AND SHALL PASS WITH IT.
