RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 2, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-033103-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and AUDREY FEDRICK, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK B, SIESTA HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK Y, PAGE 11A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PART OF LOT 29, BLOCK B, BEGIN AT THE MOST SOUTH CORNER OF LOT 30, RUN ALONG THE EAST LIEN OF AFORESAID LOT 29, BLOCK B, SOUTH 1 DEGREES 07 MINUTES 34 SECONDS WEST 4.06 FEET, THENCE DEPARTING FROM SAID EAST LINE AND RUNNING NORTH 68 DEGREES 50 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 111.81 FEET TO A POINT IN THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ALADDIN DRIVE, THENCE ALONG R/W NORTH 34 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 40 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 14.03 FEET TO THE MOST WEST CORNER OF AFORESAID LOT 30, THENCE DEPARTING FOR SAID R/W LINE AND RUNNING ALONG THE COMMON BOUNDARY LINE OF AFORESAID LOTS 29 AND 30, SOUTH 63 DEGREES 36 MINUTES 14 SECONDS EAST 107.61 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
