NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 24, 2015, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 2012-CA-019167-O (37), the Orange County Clerk of the Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at public sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on February 3, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit
LOT 46, ROSE BAY PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE(S) 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
