NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an In Rem Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-012851-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and WILSON SOTO A/K/A WILSON A. SOTO; LOURDES SOTO A/K/A LOURDES MUNOZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILSON SOTO A/K/A WILSON A. SOTO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LOURDES SOTO A/K/A LOURDES MUNOZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 1/4/2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
