NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-000806 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Carlos A. Mercado are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on December 17, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 38, COUNTRY VIEW ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGES 8, 9, 10 AND 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME DESCRIBED AS A 1989 FOREMOST WITH VIN NUMBERS HML2F24172614546A AND HML2F24172614546B AND TITLE NUMBERS 47785608 AND 4779312.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
