NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 7 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001607 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee For Banc Of America Funding 2008-FT1 Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2008-FT1, is the Plaintiff and Ronald R. Baxley, Sheryl A. Baxley, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A TJ Mitchell, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 4th of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
