NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23,2015, and entered in 2014CA002811 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST KAREN H. TERRY, DECEASED; THERESA RICHARDSON, HEIR; BRIAN TERRY, HEIR; BUTCH TERRY, HEIR; KEVIN TERRY, HEIR; JAMES R. KACHELMEIER, HEIR; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on December 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
